The Bristol Urban Forum is an experiment in citizen-led placemaking, which takes place in the former Marks and Spencer's, in Bristol's city centre. Across the year, we'll be looking at themes that affect Bristol as a city and develop a series of recommendations in the run-up to 2024 elections.

About the event
This Bristol Urban Forum event focuses on the factors that are needed to allow people to live healthy, fulfilling lives in the city as young people, as families, as older people and at all stages of life. We'll be thinking about how young people are getting engaged in designing the fouture of the cities they stand to inherit. We'll be looking at whether the city could benefit from more housing for families or the suburbs better housing for single people. Should the way the city is designed force people at different life stages into choices they wouldnt otherwise make?
